Privacy on Sabacost
The calculator runs in your browser. The optional start date, duration, memory selection, and player count are not saved by Sabacost.
Calculator choices
The English calculator does not require an account, send its selected price inputs through a custom analytics event, or save them to a Sabacost database. If you create a renewal reminder, your browser creates an .ics file from the date you entered. The file is not uploaded to this site.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 is enabled for this site, but its tag loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” The site sends page views after consent and the English calculator does not send its selected duration, memory, or player count as a custom event. Your consent choice is stored in this browser and can be changed using “Analytics settings” at the bottom of a page.
Hosting and external pages
Sabacost is delivered as static pages from Firebase Hosting. Opening an official provider or source link takes you to that provider’s site, where its privacy terms apply. English provider links are direct and use no affiliate tracking.
Affiliate measurement on Japanese pages
Some Japanese pages contain A8.net affiliate links and a small A8.net impression image. Those requests can go to A8.net independently of the GA4 consent choice. The English pages do not show A8 advertisements or load A8 impression images.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your analytics consent choice in local storage. If you consent and GA4 is enabled, Google’s analytics tag may use its measurement cookies. Declining analytics keeps the GA4 tag from loading. Japanese affiliate pages can make the separate A8.net requests described above.
This page describes the current site behavior. Provider pages and third-party service policies can change independently.
